I would also guess that Todd's foray into the sports and Nascar markets hasn't exactly hurt company profits. I used to LMAO at folks who complained about them because all they did was enable us to get better quality figures and help TMP grow, as collectors in those markets are nothing short of rabid.
I am hopeful that TMP will pull through this, but
the attitude that TMP declaring Ch.11 is basically "no biggie" is very naive however, and it's good to see somebody say it. Thanks MWC
The addition of Playing Mantis toys being bought up by another company and the Memory Lane parts being discarded like a dirty kleenex just makes me even more worried that we have already been in the "Heyday" of great toys and now things will get much much more scarce.
